This is the only release from Christchurch band Bon Marché. So This Is Love was a previously unreleased mid-1970s Split Enz demo from their days in England. It was written by Phil Judd. Shortly after the release of this single Bon Marché changed their name to the more new wave sounding The Newz. The Newz released two singles and an album in 1980 before moving to Australia.
