The Spaces hailed from Christchurch. They released three singles. This is their second single from 1981. It was their first of two for CBS Records. Their debut single (Just Like Clockwork) was released on Bunk Records. Got Me At A Disadvantage reached #9 and spent 26 weeks in the Top 40.
