Daggy And The Dickheads - Afternoon TV
1983


This is the second and last single from Taihape band Daggy & The Dickheads. They also released a EP. Afternoon TV was written by ex-Th' Dudes bass player Les White who had replaced original bass player Neil Mickleson. They appeared on an episode of Country Calendar (New Zealand's longest running TV show).

    If I may be bold, Les, I'd still like to 'mess aound with Capt. Blood'. My tolerance for certain opiates was, as you may recall, quite slender in ze days of erstwhile youth.
